Return Policy
Please contact us before you want to make a return. You may return an item(s) within 14 days of the shipment day. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. We recommend you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee unless we made a mistake in filling your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Damaged Merchandise / Shipping Claims
Contact us within 48 hours if your item(s) was received damaged in transit. Do not throw away any packaging because it will void any claims. We will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and depending on your preference either reimburse you or send you a replacement.
